Article: History of the Documentation and Information Center II

At the beginning of the 90's, the Documentation Center of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, was in an identical situation to most other similar institutions, which had their genesis between the 70's and the first mid-1980s and who had not implemented information systems for document management.
