To approach the educational role of museums and the way in which they seek to fulfill their public service mission through the provision of a plural educational and cultural offer attentive to the desires and needs of the various audiences, forces us to reflect on a diverse set of questions, namely: What educational model? What are the limits of action of the educational service and how does it relate to the other areas of action of the museum? What structure and what human resources for an educational service?
