At Santa Casa de Misericórdia da Bahia, in Brazil, cultural heritage is used as a tool to promote cultural health and quality of life.
The Cultural Health project, which took place in the São Cristóvão ward of the Santa Isabel Hospital, is an example of this successful strategy.
