The articles presented result from the research work developed by a group of professionals from the institution, within the scope of the VII Postgraduate Course in Theory and Practice of Administrative and Tax Litigation, promoted by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences and the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in co-organization.
These studies were approved in the aforementioned Postgraduate Course and are of undeniable importance and practical utility for the SCML, an entity of private law that, by force of law, also sees its status recognized as a public utility administrative institution.
