Ceramics of seduction offers an opportunity to see and learn about the vast range of products, mainly glazed, produced in kilns located in five countries of present-day Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, and Laos. Each country has developed a fascinating ceramic tradition that reflects the creativity of its people and the skills of its anonymous potters. To appreciate their beauty, one must consider the main characteristics of these objects: simplicity of form, qualities of the clay and glazes, contained decoration.
