Princess Leonor, Queen of Portugal and Founder of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisbon

On the 500th anniversary of the death of Queen D. Leonor, on November 17, 1525, the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa wanted to honor its founder by paying tribute with this edition, especially directed to the youth audience.

With a fictional narrative inspired by the figure of one of the most illustrious queens of Portugal, the story is built between the fantasy and the reality of D. Leonor's life, with particular emphasis on the creation of the first mercy institution in the country.
