Relics in project - Journey 2
Relics in project - Journey 2
day 2
8 | 19 – November – 2022 Museum of São Roque
Do the relics deserve the attention of other researchers, other methods, and perspectives of study?
This was the background theme of the second sessions of the reliquiarum project. To know and discuss relics by listening to well-differentiated international cases and with diverse research focuses.
Information was gathered, such as biographical paths of the researchers, study practices, understanding ways
of financing and, at the same time, the design of objectives for each project.
By doing so, it continued to feed the international network that has been forming a team of knowledge and critical positioning that contributes to the sustainability of the reliquiarum project of the Museum of São Roque of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.
