Conference on September 22 and 23, 2023
How do theologians see and perceive relics? How have theological constructions integrated relics? But why? Why have saints and relics been integrated or excluded in the religious constructions of Christianity? The attempt to answer these questions led to the gathering of theologians and historians. The aim was to provide space for interpretations and constructions of ideas, as well as historical exemplifications. Distinct methods and languages will allow for the crossing of themes, chronologies, philosophies, doubts... and to outline some hypotheses of understanding.
