Technical Notebooks 04 - Community Development

The IV volume of the Technical Notebooks is dedicated to an area in which Santa Casa is a pioneer in the Lisbon region: community development. The theme, previously addressed in other publications by the Misericórdia, is here revisited by the pen of renowned researchers and agents and facilitators in the field of development and community intervention from multiple angles, including the historical panorama, the development of practices and theories at local and international levels, and the application of community dynamics in SCML projects.

"More than presenting the work already done in this area in recent years, this volume leads us to question how we can contribute to the improvement of community dynamics in the future and, in this way, develop a society where well-being is a collective feeling."
